The Key to Controlling Stress-Part One
I spent the better part of a decade experiencing tremendous stress in my life. It got so bad that I would physically throw up several days a week as a result. The interesting part is that 95% of what I was worried about never came to be.
I found that the key to controlling stress was to exert greater control over my thoughts. If your body is out of shape you have the ability to take control of your situation by putting in place the discipline around diet and exercise. We all have the same ability to exert similar control over our minds. Like the diet, it’s all about discipline.
